Virtual Drag Queen Family Time with Figgy Pudding!

Event Categories:
June 4 | 4:00 PM4:30 PM | 1 Lafayette Sq
Buffalo, 14203
| Free

It’s June and we are celebrating Pride with Figgy Pudding! Watch as Figgy reads “When Aiden Became a Brother” by Kyle Lukoff, published by Lee & Low. Want more? Tune into the Library’s youtube channel as Figgy shares more stories and answers kids’ questions about being a Drag Queen: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KLvW-ArNH0Q

As part of Pride Month, today’s reading is about gender identity. Based on the publisher’s (Lee & Low) suggestion, it is best suited for age 5 and up, however children and adults of all ages may be interested.

We are presenting this virtual program to foster acceptance and inclusivity and hope to encourage all children and their families to feel welcomed and accepted for who they are in our libraries because libraries are for everyone!
